Returns & Guarantee

We stand behind every video in our catalog. If a DVD arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge — just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

Physical products (DVDs, books)

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Opened items can be exchanged for the same title. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Streaming videos & downloads

Because digital content is delivered instantly, streaming purchases and downloads are non-refundable once viewed. If you have a playback problem we can't fix, we'll make it right with a refund or credit — your call.

Streaming memberships

You can cancel renewal at any time and keep access through the end of your paid term.
